Welcome to the HereIts app. These Terms of Use govern your use of the HereIts mobile application. By using HereIts, you agree to these terms.
1. What Is HereIts?
HereIts is a simple record and search app developed to help users remember where they stored their items.
With the app, you can:
Save an item name.
Add a description of where the item is located.
Optionally add a photo.
Search and view records later.
HereIts does not automatically determine the physical location of any item and does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered by the user.
2. Use
You agree to use HereIts only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
When using the app, you must not:
Create misleading or abusive content.
Take actions that harm the operation of the app.
Use the app for reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or access to another person's data.
Use the app in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Content
Item names, location descriptions, and photos you enter in HereIts are content provided by you.
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and security of this content.
HereIts does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of user-entered content.
4. Data Storage
HereIts stores your records locally on your device as designed.
You do not need to create an app account.
You accept that your records may be lost if you reset your device, delete the app, or lose data on your device.
For this reason, we recommend backing up important information separately.

5. Photo and Device Permissions
If you use the photo feature, HereIts may request access only to the photo you select or the relevant media feature on your device.
Camera or Photos access is designed to be used only when you use the related feature.
You can change permissions on your device at any time in device settings.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide HereIts as reliably and continuously as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or work the same way on all devices.
Operating system updates, device changes, or other technical reasons may affect how the app works.
7. Liability
HereIts is not responsible for the accuracy of information entered by users or for decisions made based on that information.
For example, if an item is saved with the wrong location in the app and cannot be found later, HereIts cannot be held liable.
The user is responsible for using the app and relying on information stored in the app.
8. Intellectual Property
The HereIts app, its name, logo, design, user interface, and other app elements are the property of the relevant rights holders.
Copying, modifying, distributing, or using the app or its elements for commercial purposes without written permission from HereIts is prohibited.
9. Updates and Changes
We may change or update HereIts features, design, or operation over time.
These Terms of Use may also be updated when necessary. Updated terms take effect from the date specified in the app or where they are published.
10. Purchases
All HereIts features are unlocked for life with a single one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. You can restore your purchase on devices signed in with the same Apple Account using "Restore Purchases". Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By continuing to use HereIts, you accept these Terms of Use.
If you do not accept these terms, you may stop using the app.

HereIts uygulamasına hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Koşulları, HereIts mobil uygulamasının kullanımına ilişkin şartları düzenler. HereIts'i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. HereIts Nedir?
HereIts, kullanıcıların eşyalarını nerede sakladıklarını hatırlamalarına yardımcı olmak amacıyla geliştirilmiş basit bir kayıt ve arama uygulamasıdır.
Uygulama ile:
Eşya adı kaydedilebilir.
Eşyanın bulunduğu yer açıklaması eklenebilir.
İsteğe bağlı olarak fotoğraf eklenebilir.
Daha sonra kayıtlar aranabilir ve görüntülenebilir.
HereIts, herhangi bir eşyanın fiziksel konumunu otomatik olarak belirlemez ve kullanıcı tarafından girilen bilgilerin doğruluğunu garanti etmez.
2. Kullanım
HereIts'i yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu Kullanım Koşullarına uygun şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
Uygulamayı kullanırken:
Yanıltıcı veya kötüye kullanım amaçlı içerik oluşturmamalısınız.
Uygulamanın çalışmasına zarar verecek girişimlerde bulunmamalısınız.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, yetkisiz erişim veya başka kişilerin verilerine erişme amacıyla kullanmamalısınız.
Uygulamayı yürürlükteki yasa ve düzenlemelere aykırı şekilde kullanmamalısınız.
3. Kullanıcı İçeriği
HereIts'e girdiğiniz eşya adları, konum açıklamaları ve eklediğiniz fotoğraflar sizin tarafınızdan sağlanan içeriklerdir.
Bu içeriklerin doğruluğu, uygunluğu ve güvenliğinden kullanıcı sorumludur.
HereIts, kullanıcı tarafından girilen içeriklerin doğruluğunu kontrol etmez veya garanti etmez.
4. Verilerin Saklanması
HereIts, kayıtlarınızı uygulamanın tasarlandığı şekilde cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar.
Uygulama hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmez.
Cihazınızı sıfırlamanız, uygulamayı silmeniz veya cihazınızdaki verilerin kaybolması sonucunda kayıtlarınızın kaybolabileceğini kabul edersiniz.
Bu nedenle önemli bilgilerinizi ayrıca yedeklemeniz önerilir.

5. Fotoğraf ve Cihaz İzinleri
Fotoğraf ekleme özelliğini kullanmanız durumunda HereIts, yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz fotoğrafa veya cihazınızdaki ilgili medya özelliğine erişim talep edebilir.
Kamera veya Fotoğraflar erişimi, yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullanmanız durumunda kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.
Cihazınızdaki izinleri istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz.
6. Hizmetin Kullanılabilirliği
HereIts'i mümkün olduğunca güvenilir ve kesintisiz şekilde sunmaya çalışıyoruz. Ancak uygulamanın her zaman tamamen hatasız, kesintisiz veya tüm cihazlarda aynı şekilde çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz.
İşletim sistemi güncellemeleri, cihaz değişiklikleri veya diğer teknik nedenler uygulamanın çalışmasını etkileyebilir.
7. Sorumluluk
HereIts, kullanıcı tarafından girilen bilgilerin doğruluğundan veya bu bilgilere dayanılarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Örneğin, bir eşyanın uygulamaya yanlış konumla kaydedilmesi ve daha sonra bulunamaması durumunda HereIts bundan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulamayı kullanma ve uygulamada saklanan bilgilere güvenme sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
HereIts uygulaması, adı, logosu, tasarımı, kullanıcı arayüzü ve uygulamaya ait diğer unsurlar ilgili hak sahiplerinin mülkiyetindedir.
HereIts'in yazılı izni olmadan uygulamanın veya uygulamaya ait unsurların kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi, dağıtılması veya ticari amaçlarla kullanılması yasaktır.
9. Güncellemeler ve Değişiklikler
HereIts'in özelliklerini, tasarımını veya çalışma şeklini zaman içinde değiştirebilir veya güncelleyebiliriz.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları da gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncellenen koşullar uygulama içerisinde veya ilgili yayınlandığı yerde belirtilen tarihten itibaren geçerli olur.
10. Satın Almalar
HereIts'in tüm özellikleri, tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın alma ile ömür boyu açılır. Abonelik yoktur ve otomatik yenileme yapılmaz.
Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Satın alımınızı aynı Apple Kimliği ile giriş yaptığınız cihazlarda "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" seçeneğiyle geri yükleyebilirsiniz. İade talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir.
11. Koşulların Kabulü
HereIts'i kullanmaya devam ederek bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
