SignEase Terms of Use

By accessing and using SignEase, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

• Document Scanning: SignEase allows users to scan physical documents using their mobile device.
• Document Signing: Users can add digital signatures to scanned or imported PDF documents.
• Local Processing: All processing and signing actions are performed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and any documents you store or sign.
• You agree to use SignEase only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• You acknowledge that SignEase is a productivity tool and not a legally certified document validation service.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription purchases are managed through the Apple App Store.
• Fees depend on your selected plan and billing cycle.
• Cancellations must be made via your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality within SignEase are the property of SignEase and its creators. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SignEase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to document loss, unauthorized access, or legal disputes regarding signed files.
