• Document Data: All scanned documents, signatures, and edits are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, process, or store your files on external servers.
• Subscription & Payments: Payments are managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment or billing information.
• Personal Information: We do not collect names, emails, contact information, device location, or account data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use locally stored data only to:

• Enable document scanning, previewing, and signing features,
• Allow you to manage your signed documents,
• Verify your subscription status using Apple APIs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store: Subscription transactions are processed by Apple. Data related to subscriptions (e.g., purchase receipt, plan type) is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Optional Integrations: If you enable any future iCloud or document export features, data transfer will occur only through Apple's secure channels.

4. Security

All data is stored using iOS secure storage and protected by your device's encryption and authentication mechanisms (e.g., Face ID, passcode).

We do not have access to your data — only you control what's stored or deleted.

5. Your Choices

You can:

• Delete documents and signatures directly from within the app,
• Delete the app entirely to remove all stored data from your device.

We do not keep any data after the app is deleted.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will post an updated version here and update the "Last Updated" date.
